Rules for using the Delta Kim ecosystem mini app, AI tools, social features, quizzes, polls, creator tools and support flows.

1. Service
Deltana AI is a companion mini app for the Delta Kim ecosystem. The frontend and mini app experience run through the dApp Square inside the Delta Kim app on ICP technology. Some backend services currently run on Railway and are planned to move toward Delta ICP canisters as the ecosystem evolves.
2. Delta Account & Access
You need a valid Delta account to use protected mini app features. You are responsible for keeping your Delta account, device and linked sessions secure. Developer or admin-only features may be limited to authorized accounts.
3. Connected Accounts
You may connect Telegram and public social channels to personalize your profile, creator hub, social pulse, support tickets and engagement tools. Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Disconnecting a platform can reduce features that depend on that platform.
4. Community & Creator Features
Social Pulse, Creator Hub, boost missions, profile pages, public profiles, leaderboards, quizzes, polls, achievements and engagement tools are built for fair community participation. Spam, harassment, impersonation, fake activity, vote abuse, automated manipulation or attempts to exploit rankings can lead to limits, removal of rewards or restricted access.
5. AI Output
AI chat, generated posts, content studio, banner tools and recommendations are provided to help you create and decide faster. You should review important output before posting, sharing or relying on it. AI output is not legal, financial, medical, security or investment advice.
6. User Content
You remain responsible for content you submit, generate, publish or connect through the app. By using creator and social tools, you allow Deltana AI to display and process that content inside the mini app where needed to provide the requested features.
7. Rewards & Rankings
XP, levels, streaks, boosts, missions, badges and leaderboard positions are app experience features. They may change, reset, be recalculated or be removed if a bug, abuse or platform limitation affects accuracy.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Connected platform features depend on third-party APIs, permissions and policies. You must follow the rules of Telegram, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Google and any other connected platform. If a provider changes access, some features may change or stop working.
9. Availability & Changes
Deltana AI is evolving quickly. Features can be improved, moved, paused or retired. We work to keep the mini app stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect data accuracy or permanent access to beta features.
10. Account Limits
We may limit, suspend or remove access when needed to protect users, the Delta Kim ecosystem, connected platforms, infrastructure or legal obligations. This includes suspected abuse, security risk, fraud, policy violations or unauthorized access.
