How the Delta Kim ecosystem mini app handles Delta identity, Telegram linking, social accounts, AI activity and community progress.

1. Who We Are
Deltana AI is a companion mini app for the Delta Kim ecosystem. The mini app frontend runs through dApp Square in the Delta Kim app on ICP technology. Backend services currently run on Railway and are planned to move toward Delta ICP canisters in the future.
2. Data We Collect
We collect the information needed to operate the app: Delta identity, Delta nickname, profile details, avatar source, Telegram link status, connected social accounts, app settings, support tickets, quiz and poll activity, leaderboard progress, creator stats, boost activity, AI prompts, generated content and basic technical logs.
3. Connected Accounts
When you connect Telegram or social platforms, we may store platform identifiers, usernames, channel names, public profile details, connection status, tokens or permissions when required, post references and engagement metrics. We use this to sync accounts, show public profiles, power Creator Hub, Social Pulse, boosts, analytics and support flows.
4. AI & Personalization
AI chat, content studio, post generation, banner tools, recommendations and best-action cards may use your in-app context to provide relevant output. Do not enter secrets, private keys, passwords or sensitive information that you do not want processed by AI systems.
5. How We Use Data
We use data to authenticate users, link accounts, personalize the mini app, generate AI output, manage support, calculate achievements and leaderboards, sync social activity, prevent abuse, improve reliability, debug issues and prepare platform API verification where required.
6. Sharing & Providers
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure, AI, analytics, storage, messaging and connected-platform providers that are needed to run the service. External platforms such as Telegram, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Google also process data under their own policies when you connect or use those integrations.
7. Storage & Security
We use reasonable technical safeguards for account, linking and app data. No online service can guarantee perfect security. The current backend runs on Railway, while the ecosystem plans to move more backend functionality toward ICP and Delta ICP canisters.
8. Retention
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the mini app, maintain records, prevent abuse, support connected features and comply with platform or legal requirements. Some generated content, logs, metrics and support history may remain for a limited time after unlinking an account.
9. Your Controls
You can update profile settings, avatar source, language, notification preferences, privacy controls and connected accounts from Settings and My Profile. You can request account or data deletion by contacting support@delta.kim.
10. Children
Deltana AI is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the mini app, social integrations, AI features, Railway backend and ICP deployment evolve. The latest version will be available inside the app and through the public privacy URL.
